This is two 1hr appointments with a trained carrying consultant, either at HQ in Laindon (£55) or at your home (from £60)

One appointment will be antenatally, we will go through all your carrying options and you'll get to try them on with our weighted demo dolls. We will discuss safety, baby positioning and more.
The second appointment will be postnatally (usually before baby is 6 weeks) to get you a little more confident with your chosen sling and learn to use it as a feeding aid.
